1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using Zivo (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Who can use Zivo

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Zivo is built for adults navigating online dating.

3. What Zivo does

You give Zivo context — a screenshot or pasted text from a conversation — and Zivo suggests replies in a tone you choose. Zivo only suggests wording; it never sends messages for you.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for what you submit and for any message you ultimately send. Don't use Zivo to harass, deceive, or harm others, or to upload content you don't have the right to share.

5. AI-generated suggestions

Suggestions are produced by automated models and may be inaccurate or off-tone. Always review a suggestion before sending — what you send is your decision and your responsibility.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription billed through your app store. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled in your store settings.

7. Intellectual property

Zivo's software, design, logo, and brand are ours. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You can stop using Zivo at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zivo isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Zivo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
